Cut too much during manicure, and then complained I have too much skin. Well thats why I am here, to get rid of those skins but not while bleeding.

I’m really sorry if my comment about dead skin came across as an insult—it was never my intention. I simply wanted to help, as I enjoy assisting my clients in getting rid of it. I truly regret that you weren’t fully satisfied with my service this time, especially since the previous treatments seemed fine.

Unfortunately, the cold weather has caused dry cuticles, and despite my best efforts, occasional bleeding can happen. However, I always address it promptly with a hemostatic agent and disinfection. Going forward, I will make even more effort to avoid this situation.

I came in with a very inflamed ingrown toenail after another place couldn’t alleviate my pain. Half an hour after the appointment I was able to wear normal shoes without pain for the first time in three weeks! Very satisfied, would recommend 10/10!
